AIRCRAFT REGISTRATION

Requirements For Registration of an Aircraft
 

 

A) ANNUAL INSPECTION REQUIREMENTS FOR THE RENEWAL OF A SPECIAL FLIGHT PERMIT OR    EXPERIMENTAL CERTIFICATE

  1. Copy of Membership Card of the Association

  2. Copy of 3rd Party Insurance

  3. Copy of Radio Station License

  4. Copy of last pages and summary of Aircrafts Logbook
     

B) PAPERWORK TO BE SEND TO NCAA BY AN APPROVED PERSON FOR A SPECIAL FLIGHT PERMIT OR EXPERIMENTAL CERTIFICATE

 

  1. Copy of Membership Card of the Association

  2. Copy of 3rd Party Insurance

  3. Copy of Radio Station License

  4. Copy of last pages and summary of Aircrafts Logbook

  5. NCAA Form: Notification of Annual Inspection for LS1 Aircraft

  6. LISAMA Form: Certificate for Safety of Flight

  7. LISAMA Form 011: Registration/Annual Inspection

  8. Cover letter signed by Chief Technical Officer of the Association

 

 

C) WHAT IS NEEDED TO IMPORT A NONE-TYPE CERTIFIED AIRCRAFT TO NAMIBIA
 

  1.  Check NCAA Form: FSS-AIR-FORM 004A – all required

  2.  Copy of Membership Card of the Association

  3. Copy of 3rd Party Insurance

  4. Copy of Radio Station License

  5. Copy of last pages and summary of Aircrafts Logbook

  6. NCAA Form: Notification of Annual Inspection for LS1 Aircraft

  7. LISAMA Form: Certificate for Safety of Flight

  8. LISAMA Form 011: Registration/Annual Inspection

  9. Cover letter signed by Chief Technical Officer of the Association

  10. Receipt of Import VAT paid

  11. Police Clearance

  12. SAD 500 Form stamped on Exit of Foreign Country and Entrance of Namibia

  13. De-registration of Aircraft in Foreign Country – De-registration Certificate
